Planned Parenthood President: Fewer People Saves Government Money

IN PLAIN ENGLISH — We at Pro-Life Action of Oregon have waited for the day when the pro-abortion activists will just speak in plain English.  We’ve known all along that the goal of Planned Parenthood and its founder, Margaret Sanger, and her grandson, Alexander Sanger, is population control.  It is also known as soft eugenics.  Reminder:  we vehemently disagree that birth control and abortion — “reproductive rights” of the radical feminists — constitute “health care” for women and their unborn children.

Planned Parenthood President: Fewer People Saves Government Money | LifeNews.com

Steve Ertelt.  Oct. 26, 2010 – The president of Planned Parenthood appeared on the Bill Press radio show today with an unconventional way for the government to save money.

By sending more taxpayer dollars to the abortion business to pay for birth control, Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards contends the government would save money in the long run because fewer people would be born.

Presumably, Richards believes the more people who are born the more people will need the support of government programs and services — ignoring the contribution people make to society.

“I think it’s important, Bill, to understand that unlike some other issues of cost, birth control is one of those issues that actually saves the government money,” said Richards, according to Lifesite.  “So an investment in covering birth control actually in the long run is a huge cost savings because women don’t have children that they weren’t planning on having and all the sort of attendant cost for unplanned pregnancy.”

“So we actually feel that covering birth control is not only it’s the right thing to do for women, it’s good for women it’s good for their health care, but it’s frankly good public policy,” Richards added.

The abortion business president appeared on the program to tout its campaign to lobby the Obama administration to call birth control “preventative care” and qualify itself for millions more in taxpayer funds from the federal government.

The Infertile Soul: Contraception’s Influence On Faith and Society

A Talk by Fr. Thomas Euteneuer

“Abortion is not the revolution; contraception is.”—-Fr. Thomas Euteneuer

CONTRACEPTION is a topic that is often overlooked or neglected in the pro-life movement.

What we sometimes forget or don’t realize is that abortion is not the revolution; it’s the fruit of the revolution.  The revolution is contraception.

In this talk, you’ll hear about the connection between birth control and abortion and the four stages of development through which birth control morphs into abortion.

Day Gardner calls on blacks to recognize impact of abortion during Black History Month

Day Gardner calls on blacks to recognize impact of abortion during Black History Month :: Catholic News Agency (CNA).

.- Day Gardner of the National Black Pro-Life Union has said that during Black History Month Americans should acknowledge abortion’s disproportionate impact on blacks and should see abortion advocacy as a form of “ethnic cleansing” that targets the black community. “Abortion providers are still being located for the most part in black neighborhoods and are still delivering the same old message,” Gardner said, claiming their message is that black, poor urban children are “not worthy of life” and that America would “be a better place without black people.”

Writing in a Tuesday commentary, she recounted the history of black oppression at the hands of groups like the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

“The Klan’s aim was to prevent African-Americans from voting, getting an education, competing for jobs and owning property,” she explained.

While the KKK conducted a “lynching war” on blacks in the American South, Gardner charged that Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger and her allies were devising an “evil plan” to enforce what Sanger called “race hygiene.”

In a 1922 book the birth control activist called for the elimination of “human weeds,” the segregation of “morons, misfits and maladjusted” and for the sterilization of “genetically inferior races.” According to Gardner, Sanger associated with known racists and was the guest speaker at a Ku Klux Klan rally in Silverlake, New Jersey in 1926.

In 1939, Sanger launched the Negro Project. Gardner claimed this effort planned to “get rid of black people” by limiting their population growth with abortion and sterilization. She also charged that Sanger sought to use the clergy and charismatic members of the black community to advance her cause in a form of “ethnic cleansing.”

Gardner cited Sanger’s letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble in which she wrote:

“The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. And the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

The organization Sanger founded, Planned Parenthood, makes money by “killing children – especially black children,” Gardner charged. While the KKK killed about 3,500 people since its beginnings in 1865, Planned Parenthood is responsible for “more than 17 million black deaths since 1973.”

Abortion Cure For Terrorism: Alexander Sanger

Pro-aborts truly believe and live by the precept that ABORTION IS THE SOLUTION FOR EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN, from overpopulation to global warming to crime.

Alexander Sanger’s article was penned shortly after terrorists flew airplanes into the World Trader Center on 9/11.  As you read it, notice the underlying eugenics.   Would terrorist-appeasing liberals criticize Sanger for his racism and fear mongering?  Our guess is probably not.  Abortion is a sacrament to ALL liberals by all accounts.

Abortion Is The SOLUTION for Terrorism by Alexander Sanger. December 20, 2001.

Alexander Sanger, the grandson of Margaret Sanger, has a blog.  In this entry, under “The Sanger File,” he writes:

My grandmother, Margaret Sanger, said more than a half century ago that the issues of world population, world peace and the status of women were inextricably interwoven and that world stability could not be achieved without improving the status of the world’s women.

I believe that we who support reproductive rights and improving the status of women are indispensable in coming up with a solution to whatever caused the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11.

Although the cause of reproductive rights isn’t directed toward alleviating ancient ethnic or religious hatreds, nor toward alleviating the inequities caused by globalization, nor toward dealing with the clash of civilizations, all of which in one form or another have been cited as the underlying causes of the Sept. 11 attacks, our mission deals with all of these.  [Emphasis added]

Excerpted from ‘Gender and Terrorism’ by Alexander Sanger, 12/20/2001

Keep in mind the pro-abort language which veils the killing of a human being:  “reproductive rights.”
